Does eNlight requite a license?

FYI, eNlight is a proprietary platform that we have developed in-house. Because of this and the fact that you are paying to receive the service from us anyway, there are no licenses required to use eNlight cloud virtualization platform.

Can you provide invoices for balances that have been carried forward?

Invoices are only generated when you credit your eNlight account with additional funds.  Balances can be used and carried forward until the account balance is 0.

What payment methods are accepted for eNlight?

 The following methods of payment you can pay for eNlight Cloud service:

  • Credit or debit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Switch/Solo)
  • PayPal
  • Authorize.net
  • Bank/wire transfer

Can I estimate my expenditure with eNlight?

If you wish to receive an estimate as to how much you are likely to be charged with eNlight then please use our Cloud billing predictor tool as this will provide you with an estimation based on your predicted usage.

Why am I being billed every 5 minutes?

A performance matrix is taken every 5 minutes to ensure that usage logs are as accurate and transparent as possible.

If my VM isn’t using any resources, will I still be charged for it?

You will only be charged for the minimum resource consumption, regardless of what the total resource allocation to your VM is.  CPU and RAM are charged as per usage, whilst disk space is charged at the full assignment, even if a certain portion of it isn’t being used.
