This article will help us understand how to control compiler access for customers in WHM. Enabling users’ access to these compilers could result in cyberattacks.

Before moving further we will see how to add the customer to the group. For this refer: (add the link of the KB- How to Allow Customers Compiler Access Using WHM)

Now, let us follow the steps to remove the customer from the list of compiler groups:

  1. Log in to WHM using your credentials.
  2. Choose the “Security Center” option from the screen’s left side, represented by a “lock” symbol.
  3. Click on the “Compiler access” feature from the list as shown in the image given below.

  4. On the screen, choose “Allow specific users to use the compiler.”
  5. A new interface called “Manage Compiler Group” will appear. We have two choices here:

    a) Remove from group

    b) Add to group

  6. Select the user from the drop-down list to remove it from the group. Click on the “Remove from Group” button.
  7. You will get a message after removing the User.

Wasn’t it that easy? This way you can control the compiler access for users in  WHM. For more such guides, visit our bodHOST KB section regularly. And for any help do contact our support team 24×7.
