With live migration and VMM 2012 you can meet the SLAs without any manual intervention and everythin remains automated.

With System center 2012, you can also automate the management to create runbooks to re-configure VMs to hot-add CPU or RAM. New hardwares such as HP database consolidation appliance creates a private cloud for all databases.

You can deploy many multiple applications with a private cloud computing servers. The service is a collection of VMs and other resources for a common task.
