It is a very easy process. So, let’s follow the steps:
1. Log in to your WordPress account.

2. Enter the Plugins option from the left-hand side menu and click Add new plugin.

3. Install and Activate the plugin.

4. Install the Google Authentication App on the mobile also.

5. You will get two options on your phone. So, select the Scan a QR code option.

6. Select the profile option from the left-hand side menu.

7. Scroll down to the Google Authenticator Settings and enter the Description. The description that you’ll see in the Google Authenticator app on your phone.

8. Select the “Show/Hide QR code” option. You will see a QR code.

10. Scan it using your phone and you will see the name of your account and a code, which will continuously change.
11. Now, next time whenever you will try to open your account you will enter your username, password, and an extra code it will ask you to open the site.

12. This code is nothing but your Google Authenticator code.
