To create attractive and simple web forms with few mouse clicks there is an online tool available known as phpFormGenerator. It is a time-tested and cost-efficient solution as well. The most pleasing advantage of this application is there is no need for any kind of coding or programming. In addition, phpFormGenerator elaborates the HTML code.   11. Filed types are customizable. It means you can set the sizes and options, etc……
  12. Data emailed to be provided email address.
  13. Form data stored in a database table (MySQL).
  14. Even though you can create a file-based database to keep form data for those users who do not have access to MySQL.
