How To Manage Your Web-Mail with cPanel?

  1. At first you have to log in to cPanel.
  2. Select the “Read webmail” option.
  3. You have to log in to the following page.
  4. Select the “NeoMail” option.
  5. You have to enter your complete email address and password (email password) and select “OK” on the following page.
  6. You have to select “continue” in the following page.
  7. You would find the following page.
  8. Choose the “Real name option”, and enter the name which you would like to display in your outgoing mail.
  9. Choose “From”, and enter your email address and account name.
  10. Other files are quite self -explanatory. Set them to your preference.
  11. Select the “Save” option which is bottom of the page.
  12. Select “continue” in the following page.
  13. Following is the main interface. You can compose read and also manage your mail. Such as you can add names and address to your address book.
  14. Enter the name and email address of a new contact and select the “Add/ Modify” option. As you can see, a new contact has been added.
  15. If you want to send email then simply click on the address, and the file will be automatically pre-populated with the correct address.
  16. If you wish to create a new folder then you have to select the following option.
  17. You have to make sure that once you are done managing your email, don’t forget to log out.
