Q: Do you allow SSH and RDP access on Shared and Reseller Hosting?

A: For security reasons, full SSH and RDP access is disabled on our Shared and Reseller Hosting servers.

On our Linux Shared and Reseller hosting plans, we can provide Jailed Shell access upon request for customers who need limited SSH functionality.

Please note that if Jailed Shell access is enabled, we cannot take responsibility for any security issues (such as hacking) that may arise from its use.

If you require full root/administrator access and complete control over the server, we recommend choosing one of the following plans instead:

  • Dedicated Server
  • Semi-Dedicated Server
  • Cloud Server
  • VPS Hosting

These options give you full access while maintaining better security and isolation.
