Q: How many email accounts can I set up under a single Shared or Reseller hosting account?

A: There is no fixed limit on the number of email accounts you can create under a Shared or Reseller hosting account. The only real restriction is the total disk space allocated to your plan. As long as you have available storage, you can create as many email addresses as you need (for example: [email protected], [email protected], etc.).

This flexibility also applies to add-on domains. Even if multiple domains are hosted under the same account, you can still create separate email accounts for each of them.

Q: Can I send unlimited emails? If not, how many emails can I send at one time?

A: No, you cannot send unlimited emails from Shared or Reseller hosting accounts. For security reasons and to prevent spam-related issues, we have set a limit on outgoing emails.

On both Shared Hosting and Reseller Hosting plans, you can send a maximum of 200 emails per hour. This limit helps maintain the reputation of our mail servers and ensures reliable email delivery for all customers.

Q: What kind of email options are available?

A: We provide flexible options so you can access and manage your emails in the way that suits you best:

• Webmail Access: You can check your emails from any device with an internet connection using a web browser. Popular webmail applications such as SquirrelMail, Horde, and Roundcube (or similar tools available on the server) are provided. This works similarly to well-known services like Gmail, Yahoo Mail, or Outlook.com.
• Email Clients: You can also configure desktop or mobile email programs such as Microsoft Outlook, Mozilla Thunderbird, Apple Mail, or other standard email clients. These applications connect to the server and download your emails, allowing you to read and manage them offline as well.

Both methods give you full access to your email accounts, so you can choose the option that is most convenient for your daily use.
