In this process, the recipient utilizes DNS to access the sender’s public key and verify the message’s signature. Should the signature fail validation, the message will be deemed counterfeit and categorized as spam.

Follow the following steps to manage DKIM settings:

1. Log into your “cPanel Account”.
   
2. Select “Email Deliverability” using the search tool.
   
3. Choose the domain and then click on “Manage”.
   
4. Within the DKIM section, you’ll find the name/value pair for the DKIM DNS entry.
   
5. In the SPF section, you can observe the name/value pair for the SPF DNS entry.
   
6. In the REVERSE DNS (PTR) section, the name/value pair for the PTR record entry is visible.
