In this tutorial, we’ll explain to you how to add customizations to Apache.

Customizations made directly to Apache’s configuration file area are overwritten when the “rebuildhttpdconf” script executes. In this case, we would recommend Apache includes to prevent your changes from being overwritten. You can read the following documentation also:

https://docs.cpanel.net/whm/service-configuration/include-editor/

Once the Apache’s configuration has been rebuilt, the service will restart, and the changes made to your includes will be included with Apache without the need to write them directly to the configuration file.
