Enterprise Data Center Services

An in-house developed self-healing network architecture ensures that there are no blackholes or failure points within the core network. On top of our own backbone, as part of our redundancy program we also have multiple Tier III connections from different locations. This also assures that your data arrives via the shortest and the fastest available network route.

Our negotiations with the top fiber carriers for new routes and additional backup transit providers is yet under development. We are also plan to signup with new peering relationships in the near future.

Our network utilizes Border Gateway Protocol Version 4 (BGP4) over dark fiber and long haul wavelengths. We always update the router's software after we have stress tested the latest software on a non-critical router, to make sure it is very stable. The switch that your equipment will ultimately be connected to is connected back to a core router via fiber. All equipments & parts used are branded. So you never have to worry about hardware failure.

Our Network Operations Center has an international internet backbone is considered to be one of the best connections world-wide. Some of the names include Level(3), Abovenet, Savvis, PCCW, Telia and Cogent. Connections ranging from OC192, OC48, and 10GigE (10,000Mbps) form rings connecting Hurricane core routers.

Data Centers Tiers

Uptime Institute which is a data center authority breaks down the data centers into a four tier system that provides an easy and quick way to acknowledge various data center site infrastructure design topologies. It is a standard methodology used to define uptime of data centers.

Tier I

A tier I data center comprises of a single path for power and cooling delivery with non- redundant capacity components like single uplink and servers. A Tier I data center is vulnerable to interruptions due to any instant failure of site infrastructure. Tier I data centers provide 99.671% availability.

Tier II

A tier II data center comprises of a single path for power and cooling distribution, but has redundant components. Tier II data center thus increases availability to 99.741%.

Tier III

A tier III data center is composed of multiple paths of power and cooling delivery models for IT infrastructure, though generally one distribution path is active. Tier III data center also has redundant components and further increases availability to 99.982%.

Tier IV

At the top of the stack is the Tier IV data center which is the most robust and is rarely prone to failures. Tier IV data center is composed of multiple power and cooling distribution paths and has redundant components. All components are completely fault tolerant. Tier IV data center provides 99.995% availability.

Network Uptime

Redundant fiber connections and peering with leading Tier-1 backbone providers to make sure you are connected at all times. Efficient routing for better transfer speeds and quick data transfers. With support contracts as well as third party consulting we are able to maintain our uptime and availability.

With leading bandwidth providers which are delivered through distinct connections at our private data center ensures 100% network uptime. Juniper systems have been known for traffic routing capabilities and are utilized over private fiber optic networks which is then delivered on Cisco switches. Internap partnership has assisted us with optimization of our routing structure which helps us reduce our network latency by fifty percent. With optimized Internap network, latency, packet loss, route stability and congestion is continuously monitored. You can also view our product Datacenter Management Solutions
