Description –<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The root email notifications which has been activated in WHM \u00bb Contact Manager <\/strong>that are not able to delivered, which happens when the root forwarder is not able to configure or the server’s hostname is have not listed in \/etc\/localdomains.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

exim  -bt root <\/pre>\n\n\n\n
If there is a problem, the following error will appear:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
root@server.hostname.tld is not sent: The mail server could not send mail to root@server.hostname.tld. The account or domain may not exist, they may be blacklisted, or missing the proper dns entries.<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n
Workaround<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
Check that the root forwarder is set up in WHM > Edit System Mail Preferences and that the server’s hostname is in the \/file\/localdomains file. Using the text editor, you can also add the server’s hostname to \/file\/localdomains.
