Users who are identified as potential spammers may have their outgoing mail automatically blocked or held by cPanel. To activate or disable this function, follow the steps below.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

The procedure is as follows:<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Login to WHM as the root user

    Navigate to Server Configuration
