In this tutorial, we\u2019ll explain how to find your MySQL backup storage location. MySQL backups have configured within the following steps:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

  1. Log to your WHM
    \"\"<\/li>\r\n
  2. \r\n
    Search for the Backup
    \"\"<\/figure>\r\n<\/li>\r\n
  3. \r\n
    Click on the Backup Configuration
    \"\"
    \r\n

    Here, you will see the recent backups. First, you need to check where the backups stored and what kind of MySQL backups have taken:<\/p>\r\n

    grep ‘BACKUPDIR\\|MYSQL’ \/var\/cPanel\/backups\/config<\/p>\r\n

    cPanel stores the backups in backup-dir and they retained locally. As these backups are useful for users, it may be advisable to generate a more current backup of MySQL.<\/p>\r\n

    MYSQLBACKUP\u00a0can return any of the following:<\/p>\r\n

    Accounts \u2013 All the databases under the cPanel account are back up into the accounts\u2019 backup easily.<\/p>\r\n

    Dir- The MySQL data directory backup only if the custom data in directories which taken into account.<\/p>\r\n

    Both- Every cPanel account has its databases backed up directly into their backup, and the MySQL data directory backed up separately.<\/p>\r\n<\/figure>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
