Sorry<\/strong><\/i><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This is one of the errors that server administrators would usually come across after installing <strong>Moodle<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>The reason why the server generates this is <strong>due to the mod_security configuration.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"font-family: georgia; color: #3366ff; font-size: large;\"><i><strong>SOLUTION<\/strong><\/i><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>In order to resolve the issue, one must edit the following file:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><code># vi \/usr\/local\/apache\/conf\/modsec2.conf<\/code><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>and comment on the line:<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><code>SecServerSignature \"WebServerX\"<\/code><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>i.e.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><code>#SecServerSignature \"WebServerX\"<\/code><\/span><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p><strong>Save<\/strong> these changes and <strong>Restart Apache Services<\/strong><\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>This should resolve the issue and Moodle would start working fine.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n<p>If you need any help in this regard, please contact our 24\/7 technical support department via.
