If you are not able to login to your front page with the same password with which you are able to login to your cPanel then there may have problem with the frontpage password configuration to get that sorted out just apply the following step.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
grep CpanelUsername \/etc\/shadow<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
which will show you your cPanel username and the second field with the encrypted password then<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
cat \/home\/CpanelUsername\/_vti_pvt\/service.pwd<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
you can see that there will be something like<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

If the second field here does not match with the one in the \/etc\/shadow then you need to reset your frontpage password. Just take the backup of the file \/home\/CpanelUsername\/_vti_pvt\/service.pwd. and then copy the encrypted password from the shadow file to hear.<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
