Commands for fixing the Webalizer stats under Hsphere: Webalizer for Windows<\/p>\r\n

==================<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

Follow the steps when Webalizer does not work for Windows:<\/strong><\/h4>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n
    \r\n
  1. In the IIS, select the domain name for which Webalizer is not working.<\/li>\r\n
  2. Go to properties and change the log format to NCSA \u201cCombined log format\u201d<\/li>\r\n
  3. ChatGPT said: Go to the corresponding log folder of the domain in the “hslogfiles’ folder and delete all the previous log files you generated. Visit the site twice, and generate a new log file.<\/li>\r\n
  4. Now, on the command line, change the directory to c:\/\/webalizer
    \r\n

    at c:\/\/webalizer >, fire the command,<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    Webalizer -n domainame -o E:\/\/hshome\/username\/domainname\/Webalizer E:\/\/hslogfiles\/logfile name<\/p>\r\n

    * -n \u2014 domain name for which Webalizer is not working.
    * -o \u2014 path to the directory where the Webalizer generates the output.
    * name of the log file which should used to generate the website statistics.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

    It is the name of the file that you generated in step 3.<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

    Webalizer is not working for UNIX plans.

    Fire the command on the shell prompt.<\/strong><\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n

    \/hsphere\/shared\/bin\/webalizer -n domainname -o hsphere\/local\/home\/username\/domainname\/webalizer
    \/hsphere\/local\/home\/username\/logs\/domain\/name of the most recent log file<\/p>\r\n

    \r\n\r\n<\/p>\r\n<\/li>\r\n<\/ol>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

    If the stats of the current month do not generate,<\/p>\r\n\r\n\r\n\r\n

      \r\n
    1. Open the file \/hsphere\/shared\/apache\/conf\/rotatelog.cfg and add the entry for the domain for which stats are not getting generated for the current month.<\/li>\r\n
    2. Restart Apache<\/li>\r\n
    3. Visit the site twice, and a new log file of the current month gets generated.<\/li>\r\n
    4. Fire the command on the shell,
      \/hsphere\/shared\/bin\/webalizer -n domainname -o hsphere\/local\/home\/username\/domainname\/webalizer
