Check the logs to find on which port multiple IPs attacking. To prevent such issues, you need to configure the firewall on your server, which should only allow you to connect the RDP, MSSQL, MYSQL, FTP and other core services, these services port should be blocked for others. I would also suggest you to change the default RDP port.

I have recently noticed that someone trying to access my server’s local administrator account from multiple IPs. Can someone suggest me appropriate steps to stop this. I also want port 80 and RDP access on my server, the rest of the all ports should be blocked.
