configure VPS on my dedicated server

Hi,

I'm looking for Windows Dedicated server but I have also seen VPS hosting. I want to know what is difference between both of them. If I get Dedicated server, and I want to configure VPS on my dedicated server will you do this configuration for me?

The difference is quite simple VPS means that the one physical server isolated with multiple virtual hosting accounts where dedicated server is totally devoted to one customer only.
