How can I change permission in server computer?

My server OS is Win2k3 and I get a problem!
When I opened any site to read all the data & information I can't delete any mail and other information from my e-mail account.
Could anyone here help me out?

If it's Win2k3 OS, uninstall Internet Explorer Enhanced Security from Add/Remove Windows Components.

Hello,

First of all, which e-mail client are you making use of, search for mailbox permission and thereafter add the permission in the mailbox permission tab. This will definitely resolve the issue.
