How to remove it??

hey guys, there is a file known as De.exe in my WINDOWS\TEMP folder which I cannot delete. The icon is of a small dog running.I think these files were infected with VIRUS. And anybody knows how to remove it? Thank you in advance.:confused: :confused:

You could try safe mod first: when computer starts press F8 immediately and choose safe mod and try deleting.
and if you have two OS in your computer, log into another and delete.
