DDoS protected network

I was reading a few minutes ago about DDoS protection and was wondering if Bodhost provided this in their packages. I understand that with this protection the hosting fees are normally higher than the norm.

I don't think these attacks are particularly common, so (to the best of my knowledge) most people really don't need this kind of protection if it jacks the prices up. Still, I can see why you'd want to know whether or not it's offered.
