If you are looking forward to a reliable solution which is cheaper and your requirements haven't increased or haven't increased a lot then you can consider a VPS and then upgrade to a dedicated server when your requirements increase in future

If you consider a Dedicated Server, the whole hardware and it's resources are dedicated to you and your websites.
A VPS is a Virtual Private Server and a number of VPS's are created on a dedicated server using a Virtualization application. A Virtual Private Server offers almost the same features of a dedicated server but with less resources.
