I wonder if someone know from where I can get a business or personal web packages, email packages or domain registration at one place with smart utilities. Hosting Company must be in local Middle East countries.

I would appreciate if any one of you could be of my help.

I wonder why is that so. Is there a specific reason why users from mid-eastern or Eastern nations prefer to host their websites in UK and US?

To be honest, there are not many Data Centers in Middle-East region and they have gained trust over servers in Europe and UK.

Datacenters were traditionallly setup in the US and UK regions. There are several reasons why these data centers are located in these countries includes, uninterrupted power supply, good weather (cool as need for the servers), good network speed, which is not available in the mid-east and eastern countries. People have an impact on their mind about the better service and quality data centers in these regions.

Also, the technology is not very well developed in mid-eastern countries and due to this reason, the products and services which are available in US and UK are not available in the mid-eastern countries. The other reason is the fact that some of the mid-eastern countries are not found to be very secured due to some of the illegal activities and violence :(

It's assumed that UK/US have deep roots of internet !! They had presented 'Internet' to whole world

UK Dataceters are most reliable and use latest advance technologies hence we can trust them for better hosting network and environment. I think there are hardly any reliable datacenter in Middle-east also security is always the most important which once should consider before going with any middle-east datacenter hosting provider.

Well, setting up a website on servers based in the UK will benefit you only if you are targeting UK for business of your website. If you are targeting US for business of your website then it is better to setup the website on servers based in the US as it will give your website better rankings in Search engines

Well,Bronson and Cannon,you both are correct,hosting a website on the servers in or near the targeted geo-location certainly helps.But,for example,initially you are targeting the customers from the UK and later plan to attract customers from US as well,then you definitely would not move your website to servers located in US. You would include the popular search terms used by US visitors in your webpages. Basically,there are various factors that help you optimize a website for targeting customers from a particular geo-location.

Well, in this case, you will two options.

One of the options is to move your website on a US based server and then start optimizing your website.

The other one is to keep the website on a UK based server and start optimizing your website for searches made in the US based search engines. This is a bit difficult, however, not impossible ;)

Hosting the site on server based in Asia would definitely be worth if you are targeting traffic from India or any part of Asia. Else, the most effective solution is to opt for servers in the UK or the US. A site with .com domain is targeted quicker on the US based server. Hence, if you have .com domain name, go for US based server.

Factors such as domain names,domain name extensions,the geo location of the datacenter where server on which the website is hosted,the uptime and many more are the factors that influence the ranking of websites in the search engine result pages of a particular country.

Server location does really matters a lot, I agree with Martin, it would be good to go with UK and US servers. If you a domain . com go for the US servers.

As someone already have said that it completely depends upon us to which country traffic we want to target, if your domain extension are not .com, still you can host your site on US servers if want US based traffic.

Well, I would say no. The reason .com domains are suggested is the fact that it is the most popular TLD available on the internet and it is easier to remember a .com domain in comparison to another domain. Also, you should make sure that the most important is the quality of content of the website and not the domain you have, however, .com domain is certainly preferred over any TLD and if you are targeting US for business, you should host your domain on a US based server for better rankings in search engines.

The domains with other TLD's also have good rankings on search engines and hence you shouldn't be worried about the rankings if you do not have a .com domain. Again the Geo-location of the server on which your domain is hosted makes a lot of difference and hence it is better to consider a US based server if you wish to get good rankings for the domain in search engines for the searches made from the US.

yes, . com domains are preferred world wide irrespective of the server locations. For many people website address means .com, so it is better to have a most common TLD .
