Issue with Virpus Hosting

Hi,

I just subscribe their vps. Seems their support so slow. My vps cannot access internet. Yesterday they said ticket assign to their senior.

Until now no update so far. Is it so difficult to do routing in vps host? I don't know how difficult it. I'm also know about network. Can solve within a day. Dunno what are they doing.

If they are responding to your tickets and no solution is established, you may want to consider look for a new web hosting provider.

However, you should call them again and ask to speak with senior admin. Admin should be able escalate your issue and fix it over phone.

Support is one of the most important factors while considering hosting services from a hosting provider. If the support is not good enough, cheap price, good amount of resources, the hardware used for servers etc. won't be of any benefit. You can try and get the issue sorted for now by some or the other way and look for a new hosting provider asap.
