YardVPS vs Chime Host

Hello,

So I have 2 windows VPS with YardVPS, they are pretty ok, except for the random few hours of bad connection every now and then.
Now, looking at Chime Host, they have similar plans but double the price.

What I was wondering if anyone has any experience with both or know what would be the difference between them ... considering they are both Profuse Solutions LLC. companies.

Ps. of course if anyone from yardVPS or chimehost can tell me it would be great
