Scan the whole account

There are to many infected files uploaded in my server, under a particular domain, How can I scan the whole account.

Cpanel comes with inbuilt Antivirus, You can install it from

Quote:

WHM > Manage Plugins > ClamAV

Once the installation is complete, then you can run the scan from particular domain’s Cpanel.
