Default Apache version on cpanel VPS hosting

Recently I sign-up with a cpanel VPS hosting. I want Apache version but there is no Apache version on my server.
Can anyone help me with it?

You have to run the following command to get Apache version on your server.

One more thing I want to know that How can I get php and mysql on my server?

To get the php version you have to run :
