KnownHost VPS restore

Hello,

My hosting account, a VPS from Knownhost, had problems earlier, they suggested a restore. My account only has maybe 50gb-70gb at the most, however, it's take over 6 hours and it's still going.

Should it be taking this long? I've been told restores can be finished in less than an hour for many gigs, and KnownHost is a pretty good company.

It's very frustrating to say the least.

Probably this is not the right place to show your frustration. Anyway, to avoid this kind of mental distortion you do need a brain and ability to think before going to choose web host rather than simply following others recommendation for the web host.
