Got some questions about VPS

Hi guys,

I am still thinking of getting VPS, where I can set up VPN or proxies. I am not sure which one of them i should go for, I want to encrypted the traffic to any servers anywhere in the world while I stay annoymous online. Proxies is good things to use, but it does not encrypted your traffic. So I wonder if i should go for VPN, but what worries me is if i set up VPN on my VPS, my ip would changes each at a time when I connect to the server?

if not then I would be very grateful, the reason i want to do this as i want to connect to websites using with the same highly annoymous ip everytime to act as highly than proxies, so they can't detected who i am. otherwise I will stick with proxies.

No, your IP won't change each time. IMO, you should set up VPN on your VPS instead of using proxies. If your website hosted with us, then we will assist you to set up VPN service according to your requirement.
