DNP is easier to use for newbies so if you are using shared or reseller package then you can go with this control panel, and its newer version WebsitePanel 1.2.0 is available free to download.

But when it comes to higher packages Plesk need to be considered, as it offers more stability and offer better performance.

Though, a bit more complicated and difficult, Plesk is a better option over DNP. It is considered to be more secured and has been serving in the hosting industry since a long time. Hence, it's more reliable and more support is available for it online.
