What qualities do you look for in a host?

It'd be interesting to see what fellow members would be looking for in a web hosting company -besides the standards (reliable support, great uptime etc...).

The first quality I look for is the limited amount of disk space and bandwidth with the hosting plans. The reason for this is the fact that it's not possible to offer unlimited disk space and bandwidth with the hosting plans but some of the hosting providers do this just to attract customers. The hosting provider who does not do this is genuine enough and can be trusted.

What should be more important to customers, if web host value their business, and provide stable servers, the availability of support, a fair hosting prices and the professionalism.

For me the primary factors are support, pricing and then resources offered with the hosting plans. Support should be round the clock, pricing should be reasonable and resources offered should be sufficient according to the pricing
