Default Set up a VPS to run NSD
I want to set up a VPS to run NSD. How can I do that?

If by NSD, you mean Name Server Deamon which is an open source program for DNS then it's not possible on the VPS hosting plans. You will have to consider a Dedicated Server for NSD.
