There are many difference between Hyper-v virtualization and virtuzzo.

Hyper-v virtualization :
Hyper-v virtualization is a hardware Virtualization technique, it put the Data on Physical layers.(installed to the base file system and Registry). And it permit applications. On Hyper-V all VM does not shared CPU and the allocation of main hardware node. All VM's are utilized his own resources.

Virtuozzo :
Virtuozzo is basically a software virtualization technology that allows all the data and applications to be divided through virtual layers. The virtual servers are located on a single physical server and share the CPU power which is allocated dynamically by Virtuozzo. Any number of virtual servers can be created on a single server through Virtuozzo.

Virtuozzo and Hyper-V are two different animals. Virtuozo virtualizes the OS while Hyper-V (and VMware, etc) virtualizes the physical server. The VZ server requires only a single installation of Windows, while on the hyper-v server each virtual server requires its own windows installation (and license).
