Problem in adding User in Windows.

Hello,

Today I got following error, when trying to add one user to my VPS.

Unable to add the user (username1), invalid parameter is (0): (2236) The user already belongs to this group

After checking the event logs got following error in detail:

At Unable to change a terminal server config for the user (mfpadmin): (1016) An I/O operation initiated by the registry failed unrecoverably. The registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the registry.
rollback failed: Unable to add the user (mfpadmin) to the group (TelnetClients): (1016) An I/O operation initiated by the registry failed unrecoverably. The registry could not read in, or write out, or flush, one of the files that contain the system's image of the registry.

Have any body face such problem with Windows VPS ?

It happens some times when the registry file went on read-only mode.
A system reboot will fix the issue for you. Fire1
