Advantages of Plesk power pack with Windows VPS

I have heard that it is better to consider Plesk control panel with Plesk power pack if I have a Windows VPS. I know about the advantages of Plesk control panel, however, I am not sure about Plesk power pack. Could someone please shed some light on this ?

I think it is worth considering Plesk power pack with Plesk control panel. Though, it requires licensing fee, the features it offers are worth it...
