Default PTR record?

Hello Friends,

There are many email hosts who deny my emails and mark it as spam, one of my friend told me that it happens because I do not have a PTR record.

How can I set one up and how can I check all my domain records are correct?

Thanks for the valuable help.

If you are having reseller or shared server, your don’t need a PTR record. The shared server IP works as a outgoing mail sender and needs the PTR record. This is usually done for all the shared server, but it is pretty much possible that yours was overlooked.

If you think that your server is not having a PTR record, then I would suggest you to open a Support ticket.
