Going from VPS to dedicated servers

I have pretty much decided to go with VPS hosting for my growing network of sites. My main worry is how hard is it going to be to get everything moved to a dedicated server should I outgrow the VPS (which of course, I hope to do at some point). Does the cost savings outweigh the aggravation in this case?

If you are selecting a VPS from BODhost and you are thinking to upgrade to a Dedicated server later on then, it won't be very difficult as the Technical support department will migrate all your data from your VPS to the Dedicated server you select. Also, there are no additional charges to upgrade from a VPS to a Dedicated server and you will only have to pay the price difference.

Yes I agree with Carl, you can easily upgrade from VPS to Dedicated server at any point of time. BOdhost's techs will transfer all your websites, email accounts, your databases to new server respectively at no additional charge. Once the data is transferred successfully on Dedicated server you can update the Nameservers of your domain.

You also don't have to worry about the complexity of having a dedicated server as it will be fully managed assuming you stick with Bodhost.

Also, if you can find your way around your VPS, you probably won't struggle too much with a dedicated server in terms of actually managing it.

I didn't know that they would do this. That's a big relief to me and certainly takes one aspect of my concern out of the picture.

That's Correct. All you need to pay is for the difference of the amount between the VPS and the dedicated server and we will take care of the rest.

Wow, sounds like your websites are really taking off. I wish I had enough traffic that I had to look at moving to a dedi myself. Just can't rationalize getting one right now.

We offer fully managed VPS and Dedicated hosting service. Upgrading or transferring data on our new server is a part of our service.
