Smile Install modules through Plesk control panel

Modules can be installed through Plesk control panel also. Steps given below will be help you to install modules from the command line :

1) Login to the server as Admin.

2) Go to Plesk control panel.

3) Now execute the command given below

/parallels_plesk_panel_installation_directory/admin/bin/modulemng --install --file=<module_filename>, where ‘parallels_plesk_panel_installation_directory’ is the directory you installed the Plesk control panel.

Thank you for this informative post. I want to ask if it is possible to install
modules directly through the Plesk control panel instead of using the command
line ?

IMO it is always good to try things by yourself first so that you get a good chance to learn few new things. Support is always availble if in case you face any technical problem or if you are getting some errors while installing any type of modules for your website. Do it yourself to get the most out of it.

I completely agree to you Danny. It is always better to try things on your own first as this will benefit you in many ways. You will be able to do this again if you do it on your own now and you will get an idea about it. You do not have to worry about anything as it is very easy to contact the support department as bodhost.com provides 24x7 support through Live chat, phone support and Helpdesk. This makes contacting the technical support department very easy in case you face any problem.

Yes, you are right Shane. It is always better to consult the technical department of the company before you do anything on the server so that you do not face any problem later on. This is because sometimes it becomes really very difficult to solve the problem caused on the server. It is also very easy to contact the company and one should do it in case of any problem.
