Missing gdiplus.dll

Hi there,

I've just got my VPS activated and am having some problems. When I first logged on I was informed that gdiplus was not installed in an error message. I ignored this and carried on, now I installed SQL Server Management Studio Express and this does not work due to the same reason, no gdiplus.dll found.

Any idea why this is?
