Constant site connection cut-outs on VPS

Hi,

I've noticed that on my VPS I've been getting random and constant connection cut-outs.

They last about 9 sec and during the time one can't even SSH in the server. As if the server doesn't physically exist.

I'm beginning to get worried.

Any ideas why this is so and if it can be fixed (as I have no control over it)?....

Maybe my VPS dedicated server has an issue.

OK I've just watched #top live and it was running smoothly and suddenly just stops working for +-9 seconds.

It's like someone physically keeps randomly turning the server on & off.

We have been monitoring your vps for some time. Top processes are updated every after 3 seconds. There is no connectivity issue at your vps but seems intermittent networking problem. We request to check your local ISP and if possible, please send us the Tracert report from your location to the VPS IP in order to investigate further.

Also it's not my ISP as I multiple times quickly checked through a USA proxy service. And it too didn't load the site when here in Australia it was down.

Dear staff please look into this, fix it or transfer me else I'll need to change hosts as it's made a noticeable enough impact that customers are stating they couldn't purchase due to downtime.
