Microsoft Exchange is certainly one of the best solutions for Emails but there are a few drawbacks of it. One being the fact that it's expensive due to the licensing fee involved. The other is the hardware required to run it i.e. it requires a higher configuration dedicated server which is not affordable for many users. Due to these reasons, the overall cost of the solution is high.
