Frequently we are receiving a phishing emails to all our user clients, mentioning that please provide the user name and password for reset otherwise your mailbox will be full filled. Help me to resolve this issue ...

If the emails are being received from a particular email address, you can mark the email address as Spam email address from the administrative panel and/or you can ask your users to do the same and the emails from that email address won't be received.
