Default private SSL
I have installed a private SSL on my domain and now the domain stopped working.
What may be the cause of the service on the server are running properly?

The Private SSL always need to be installed in domain assigned with private ip address. It seem you have installed the SSL but but didn’t point the domain to dedicated ip address from DNS Zone.

Please Point the domain it dedicated I address and allow some time for propagation.
Also clear your local browser and DNS cache.
