Default Drupal CMS Theme

Hello!
I am using Drupal cms since 2010. I have default drupal theme and previously there was no requirement to change it, but now I want to change it. How can I do that?

The default Drupal installation comes with several themes which can be changed from your administration area. You can follow the following steps :
A. Log in as an administrator.
B. Click on Administer
C. Select Site building
D. Click on Themes and choose which theme you want to use for your website.

I have one more question is that if I want to install new drupal themes then how can I do that?
