Try to open attachments from horde or Roundcube

When I try to open attachments from horde or Roundcube I got error message like :

Out of memory during request for 6926 bytes, total sgto() is 2596598 bytes!

Does anyone facing such problems with webmail?

This problem most likely happens when the Cpanel’s internal memory limits are set less then 128MB or it is disabled.
You can set the Internal Memory Limit for cpanel from

WHM >> Tweak Settings >> find for the following Option :

“The maximum memory a cPanel process can use before it is killed off (in megabytes). Values less than 128 megabytes can not be specified. A value of “0″ will disable the memory limits.”

If you get the error after setting the proper internal memory then your server may be out of RAM.
