Default Backup option disabled in cPanel

Hi!
I don't have technical knowledge. previously I took backup through cpanel but now my Backup option disabled in cPanel.
What can I do now?

Hi,

If the cpanel backup option is disabled for you then you can take backup of data from FTP by copying the whole public_html directory.

And

You can backup the database through phpMyAdmin.

Yeap, you can take the database backup through phpmyadmin or use file manager option in cPanel to copy public_html directory. And if web host enables cPanel backup option for you, then take extra care. According to my experience “when mental backup of cPanel in progress – Do Not Disturb him, otherwise backup won't find.”
