Site is not coming up

Can you please tell me why exactly my Site is not coming up, just files are listed in there?

This problem is caused when you are using a non-standard index file for your site's index.
For example if defaultindex.html is your site's index file. Then in such case you need to log in to your cPanel and go to File Manager. Navigate to the public_html and either rename the index file defaultindex.html to index.html or Navigate to the public_html directory and create a new file called .htaccess. And enter the following line in it:
DirectoryIndex defaultindex.html.
