Squirell Mail Error

I think my files are corrupted as I am getting error while loging into my squirell mail from cpanel. The error I am getting is Squirell mail error: ERROR: Could not complete request. Query: CREATE "sent-mail" Reason Given: Invalid mailbox name. Can you please tell help me resolve it?

This error usually means that your configuration file(s) have been damaged and need to be recreated. You can fix this issue by doing the following steps:
1) Connect to the server using your favorite FTP program.
2) Rename the ".sqmaildata" folder to anything you wish say: .sqmaildataold or sqmaildatabackup
3) Using your browser, logout of Squirrelmail (and close all browser windows that are open)
4) Copy preference files, address books, and signature files (.pref, .abook, and .sig files) from the renamed file which may be".sqmaildataold" or sqmaildatabackup whatever you have named it as and paste it to ".sqmaildata" (overwrite any existing files if prompted)
5) Re-login to Squirrelmail and it should be working properly again.
