Fantastico Warning "You cannot install more than one script in the root directory of a domain’"

Some time when you install and application from fantastico you get the message “more then one application cannot be installed on same directory”
In such case all you need to do is login to cpanel >> Files >> File Manager
there go to home directory and there open the file *installed_in_root.php and change the number from 1 or 2 any number that is shown there to 0 save it and then try installing the application again.

The same problem caused last time when I was trying to install wordpress through Fantastico. That time I had manually deleted all the existing files of WP through cPanel control panel. I will use this suggestion if anyhow that kind of error happens again. Thank you for this useful post
